Mississippi

Partnering Organization: In His Steps (www.inhissteps.org)

4 week program (July 4^th - 31^st)

Cost: $2200

*College age and up

• Tutoring help with the summer enrichment program (3 week term)
• Help in hosting other short term mission trip
• Last week help 1 week team with Basketball camp

1 week program (July 25^th – 31^st)

Cost: $1300

*Families welcomed

• Host 1 week basketball camp for 5^th graders in the Canton area

Thailand

Partnering Organization: Pastor Daniel Kim c/o OMF International

2 week program (Aug 8^th – 20^th)

Cost: $2100

*College age and up

• Support local village Outreach efforts in Thailand
• Teach elementary and middle school children in Thailand
• Help with house church in Thailand

Haiti

1 week program (Aug 4^th - 11^th)

• Help orphans affected by the devastating earthquake in Haiti

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to be a member of Crossway to go on missions?

No, but by being a member of Crossway you will receive extra monetary support for missions

Can my kids go on missions with me?

Yes, we encourage families to go on missions together. There are some trips that are safer and more family friendly as indicated by the symbols next to the trip. Please take note of this before singing up your family.

Will there be fundraising?

Yes, individuals will send out support letters. There will also be church wide fundraising such as Sports Tournaments, food sales and T-shirt sales for the mission teams.

Can I travel to another destination or stay longer at my destination?

No. It is imperative to team unity and liability reasons that everyone travels together.

Can I help out even though I can’t go?

Of course! If you cannot go then you can send. You can send those who do go with your prayers, encouragements, assistance and your finances.

Can I go on more then one trip?

Yes. There will be a few mission trip dates that overlap. But if there is no overlap and you have a free and flexible schedule, we would encourage you to go on more.

Will the mission trips cost the same for my kids?

Yes. Due to the plane tickets costing the same regardless of age, the trips will cost the same amount for the rest of your family. In the case that a toddler does not need to purchase their own plane ticket, a price adjustment will be made.
