How to Sign-Up for one of our Six Eight dates:

1)  Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed.  Older versions will not allow you to Submit the form.  You can get Adobe Reader for free by clicking here.  If you are having trouble installing Adobe Reader, close all browsers and try again with Windows Explorer.

2)  Click here to open up our sign-up form in a new window.  If the form automatically downloads, just open the file (68regform_distributed.pdf) upon downloading with Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

3)  Fill in the form and click the "Submit Form" button found in the purple bar above the form.

4)  Mac users:  be sure to open the file with Adobe Reader.  If you open it with Preview, you will not be able to submit the form.
